1- You can return the products within 7 working days from the date and exchange within 14 working days and it will be as follows

• Inside Riyadh, the delivery value is deducted, which is 28 riyals, and the value of receipt is 18 riyals
• Outside Riyadh, the products are sent through any shipping company it deems appropriate, and the full amount is returned after deducting the shipping value from it, which is 28 riyals after we receive and inspect the products

2- If the product is defective, the customer will be compensated for all the amounts he paid

3- To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and Le Rose has the right to inspect the product before retrieval to ensure its safety

4- The consumer is not entitled to return the product if the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer or if a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer

5- Rose and chocolate products are not returned or exchanged

6- For health reasons, please note that accessories cannot be returned
