Delivery and Shipping

We are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• Delivery to all regions for 10 riyals via Armex, the order arrives from 2 to 3 days, and shipments may be delayed in seasons
• Cash on delivery is currently available in Riyadh only (does not include cakes and flowers) on the same day or the next day
• If you order before 8 pm, it will be delivered on the same day to Riyadh

In the event of a replacement or refund, 28 riyals will be deducted from the value of the returned shipment and the value of the issued shipment

In the event that the order is delayed more than 15 days due to the shipping company or the delay on our part, the amount will be refunded to the customer and the shipment if it arrives for free

- Regarding tax, customs fees, or any fees upon request outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer bears those fees imposed by his country
